1. New skill installed - add to category with rank

2. Tool ranking changes - adjust order

3. Paths change - keep skills/personal and skills/claude pointers accurate

4. Dedalus inventory changes - refresh config/dedalus/

5. Always-on rules change - update agent-operations-hub sections 2-3

Also update tool-hierarchy.mdc and append wiki/log.md.
