Bouldering is one of Kevin's most consistent physical habits, a standing 2-3x weekly session at Dogpatch Boulders, usually with a close friend. Why It Complements Lifting

A boulder problem is honest because the wall does not care about intention. If the beta is wrong, the move fails. If the body is tense in the wrong place, the sequence wastes energy.
