Operating Rule

Knowledge should be compiled once and kept current. A good session updates the durable representation: article, section, ledger row, generated view, redirect, skill, automation, doctor, or log entry.

Failure Mode

A source summary that never reaches related pages or routers does not compound; it just adds a searchable receipt.
