Operating Rule

Follow local ownership first. Use boring public interfaces, explicit ownership, fail-closed behavior, typed failures, thin adapters, local subsystem types, and real proof.

No-Sus Triggers

Run no-sus-code-doctor before high-risk auth, billing, Stripe, fraud, onboarding, credits, admin, infra, security, reviewer-facing, or score-to-100 work.

Failure Mode

A diff can pass lint and still be wrong if it hides fallback behavior, splits one decision across stores, catches through a gate, polls around an ownership bug, or claims proof that was not actually run.
