Agency Agents - AI Agency GitHub Repo
Complete AI agency setup as a GitHub repo - engineers, designers, growth marketers, product managers - all configured as agent roles with workflows and handoff protocols.
What it is
Agency Agents is an open-source repository that defines an entire agency's operational structure as agent configurations. Each role (engineer, designer, growth marketer, PM, strategist) has a dedicated agent profile with system prompts, handoff rules, quality gates, deliverables, and "when to use" boundaries. The repo provides the scaffolding to run a multi-agent agency where AI handles specialized work and a human operator directs strategy.
The current README also exposes the cross-harness lesson Kevin cares about: it can install or convert agent definitions for Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, and Kimi Code. Treat it as a portable role-taxonomy corpus, not as a runtime framework. Source: GitHub README, 2026-06-30
Relevance to Kevin's stack
This is a direct implementation of the Services-as-Software pattern at the agency level. Instead of selling software tools to agency workers, the repo sells the agency's output - the work itself - via configured agents. It validates the thesis that agency work (design, engineering, marketing) decomposes well into agent pipelines when roles are clearly scoped.
For Kevin's own multi-agent workflows, this is a reference implementation worth studying. The role decomposition patterns overlap with Cursor Orchestrate Skill (fan-out to specialized agents), Agent Company OS (company roles as files), and Launch Agent System (Matt Epstein) (coordinated agent launches). The content, growth, product, and design roles are useful raw material for future skills only after they are narrowed to Kevin's style and tested against real tasks.
Adoption decision
Do not wholesale import the repository into Kevin's runtime skills. The repo is huge, personality-heavy, and intentionally generic. Keep it as a candidate/reference corpus and mine individual role boundaries when a recurring Kevin workflow needs them.
